Simply enter the name of a pesticide active ingredient and the tool will tell you whether it appears on the Sustainable WA Prohibited Materials List, the Watch List, or neither. Materials on the Prohibited List may not be used by certified growers under any circumstances. Materials on the Watch List are permitted but require a completed Watch List Justification Form prior to use and submission with your annual application. The Sustainable WA Prohibited and Watch Lists are based on the Pesticide Action Network (PAN) International Highly Hazardous Pesticides (HHP) list — an independently maintained, science-based resource used by major retailers and sustainability programs worldwide. The lists are reviewed and updated periodically to reflect the most current PAN publication.
